Return and Refund Policy
Return Period
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the order is received.
Conditions for Accepting Returns
To be eligible for return, products must strictly meet the following conditions:
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including original packaging, labels, and all accessories.
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided.
ClubSmartStore reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these conditions.

Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected:
  • The refund request will be either approved or rejected, and the customer will be notified accordingly.
  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, including payments processed through Klarna or other third-party providers.
  • Refunds will not be issued exclusively as store credit unless expressly stated.
  • The time required for the refund to be reflected in the customer’s account will depend on the payment provider and financial institution involved.

Excluded Products
Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene considerations, personal use, or customization. Any such exclusions will be clearly indicated in the product description prior to purchase.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product, without the obligation to provide a reason.

Packaging Requirements
Returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Customers shall be responsible for any damage resulting from improper or insufficient packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, ClubSmartStore will assume the corresponding return shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability
ALMERE Global LLC shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to logistical disruptions, weather conditions, customs processes, or third-party service providers.

Modifications
ClubSmartStore reserves the right to modify or update these Terms, policies, and conditions at any time. Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

Klarna financing and installment payment options are offered exclusively for business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions. Klarna does not provide financing services for business-to-business (B2B) sales, and therefore Klarna shall not be available for purchases made by legal entities, companies, organizations, or individuals acting in a commercial or professional capacity.
ClubSmartStore and ALMERE Global LLC expressly disclaim any responsibility for the unavailability of Klarna financing in B2B transactions. Any attempt to use Klarna for B2B purchases may result in payment rejection or order cancellation. Customers engaging in B2B transactions must use alternative payment methods made available on the website.
